This morning I woke up at 7am and did a 20 minute workout video in front of the TV in our living room. When it was all over, I was covered in sweat, parched from the lack of water in my cup, and slightly more tired than I was when I woke up. Why did I do that to myself, I asked. Honestly, I really don’t know, but now it’s time to celebrate with fresh mushroom and spinach omelet!
